Goods in Transit Policy

  • Goods in transit are insured by the freight carrier delivering your order.
  • You will be notified when your goods are in transit with a con note number and the freight carrier’s name.
  • Each freight carrier will ensure a signature is obtained and acceptance of full delivery is in good order by the client.
  • Please ensure at this point before signing that all cartons are accounted for.
  • If any items in the cartons are received faulty or damaged it is the responsibility of the client to advise the office within 5 business days of receipt of goods to allow the office to apply for a return for credit.
  • Return for credit policy and procedures will be put in place at this stage.
